Prayer

At the Vineyard Church we aim to offer an opportunity for prayer ministry at every meeting we hold. This is because prayer is our opportunity to talk to God and for Him to talk to us.

We allow anyone who is consistently attending a Home Group and who has been trained, to pray for people so that we can offer sympathetic prayer which is safe, confidential and dignified.

Home Groups are an ideal place for receiving prayer and praying for others and leaders can arrange for more sustained ministry for specific issues from one of our small ministry teams.

As a church we also have groups who meet regularly to pray together:

Come early to the Sunday morning service and join us in prayer.  We meet in the M1 music room at 9.30am to wait on the Lord.  Come with the expectation that He longs to spend time with us to talk to us.

The prayer meeting usually finishes at about 10.10am so there is still time to catch up with friends and grab some breakfast before the service begins at 10.30am.

May my prayer be counted as “incense rising” before you.
Psalm 141:2

Join us at 9.30am on Thursday’s at the Vineyard Church Centre in Crowthorne to pray for our church.

You can also join us for our prayer and worship meeting every 2nd and 4th Sunday evening of the month at the Vineyard Church Centre in Crowthorne at 7pm.
